The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years of manager experience, be a true food service pro and passionate for the restaurant business. We are open daily for dinner and weekend brunch. If you are ready to take the next step in your career apply today.ABOUT THE JOB:Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this position plays an integral role in providing polished, personalized service to all of our guests.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:1. Responsible for guest service and satisfaction including handling customer complaints.2. Supervise the restaurant staff in the delivery of services.3. Hiring, motivating and training new employees to satisfy our guests.4. Conduct performance appraisal, counsel employees when needed.5. Responsible for maintaining beverage and labor costs relevant to assigned budgets6. Assist general manager with continuing education of food, beverage and service for the staff7. Scheduling of all FOH personnel8.
